What Was Fixed This Session

✅ 1. MCP Core Space — CONFIG_ERROR → RUNNING

• Problem: Missing YAML frontmatter in README → "Missing configuration in README" build error
• Fix 1: Added --- YAML block with sdk: gradio, sdk_version: 6.14.0, title/emoji/colors
• Fix 2: Corrected sdk_version from 5.49.1 (mismatched requirements.txt's gradio>=6.14.0) to 6.14.0
• Status: RUNNING as of this session
• Note: FastAPI webhook routes (/webhook/telegram, /webhook/slack) still won't serve under sdk: gradio. Needs gr.mount_gradio_app or docker SDK for dual HTTP + Gradio.

✅ 2. Darwin Space — Module-level OOM → PR Fix Pending

• Problem: 67GB model loaded at module level (before @spaces.GPU) → CPU OOM crash → HTTP 500
• Fix: PR #4 created with lazy _load() inside @spaces.GPU(duration=300, size="large") + _model_cache to avoid reload per call

• Status: Needs org admin to merge (specimba has no write permission on build-small-hackathon)

✅ 3. Lab Space — Confirmed RUNNING on cpu-basic

• Status: RUNNING, clean build, valid YAML frontmatter
• Limitation: No ZeroGPU (zeroGPU: null) — model load/inference on CPU is too slow for real use
• Needs: PRO subscription on personal account OR move Space to build-small-hackathon org
