Model Details

This model is an MXFP4 (mixed MXFP4 experts / MXFP8 linear) model of zai-org/GLM-5.3-Flash generated by intel/auto-round using RTN. Please follow the license of the original model.

  • Quantized (MXFP4): routed experts
  • Kept in BF16: router / embeddings / lm_head

How to Use

Environment

Generate the Model

auto-round \
    --model_name zai-org/GLM-5.3-Flash \
    --model_free \
    --scheme MXFP8 \
    --ignore_layers "lm_head,eh_proj,shared_head,enorm,hnorm,indexer,mlp.gate." \
    --layer_config "{mlp.experts:{bits:4,data_type:mx_fp}}" \
    --format llm_compressor \
    --output_dir GLM-5.3-Flash-MXFP4-Mixed-CT-AutoRound

Ethical Considerations and Limitations

The model can produce factually incorrect output, and should not be relied on to produce factually accurate information. Because of the limitations of the pretrained model and the finetuning datasets, it is possible that this model could generate lewd, biased or otherwise offensive outputs. Therefore, before deploying any applications of the model, developers should perform safety testing.

Caveats and Recommendations

Serving requires glm5_next support and DeepGEMM; vLLM 0.29.0 cannot load this architecture. The environment above fixes a compatible source-era build; the exact vLLM commit used for the reported evaluation was not published.

Users (both direct and downstream) should be made aware of the risks, biases and limitations of the model. Here are a couple of useful links to learn more about Intel's AI software:
