How to Use IP-Adapter-FaceID-Portrait Without LoRA or ControlNet?

I'd like to try the latest IP-Adapter, but so far I didn't figure out, how to use it. Where do I have to put the file, considering that, according to the model card, it's neither a ControlNet, nor LoRA?
