This PR improves the model card for Qwen3-VL-Embedding-2B by:

1. Adding the pipeline_tag: feature-extraction for better discoverability of this multimodal embedding model.
2. Adding library_name: transformers metadata.
3. Linking the model card to the official paper on Hugging Face: Qwen3-VL-Embedding and Qwen3-VL-Reranker: A Unified Framework for State-of-the-Art Multimodal Retrieval and Ranking.
4. Organizing the detailed performance metrics and usage examples (Transformers, vLLM, SGLang) provided in the GitHub repository.
