+# Flukes Noncommercial License with Output-Use Restriction, Version 1.0

+## 1. Definitions
+
+- **"Model"** means the weights, parameters, architecture, configuration files, and any other materials Licensor makes available under this License.

+- **"Output"** means any prediction, generation, embedding, classification, ranking, or other result produced by running the Model or a Derivative, whether used as-is or further processed.

+## 3. Output and Anti-Circumvention
+
+Licensor claims no ownership of Output You generate. However, Output remains subject to this License. You may not:
