Improve model card: add pipeline tag, paper link, and documentation

This PR improves the model card for DKT by adding:
- The
depth-estimationpipeline tag for better discoverability. - Links to the research paper, project page, and GitHub repository.
- A summary of the model's capabilities based on the paper abstract.
- Sample usage code for inference.
